Programs
Get involved
Post programs build the post. The give the members a reason to participate. If you have low participation at your post, you need to take a fresh look at your program participation. Maybe you need to rethink which programs you offer. Find out what interests are held by the members.
There are a lot of programs that you can get involved with. In fact, you may be shaking your head feeling overwhelmed with the many offered.
Take it slow. You already have some programs in going strong in the post. Keep them going! If there is not life in an existing program, take time to review the program. Look at current requirements. Do a web search for other posts and what they are doing with the program.
Next, take a look at what other programs are available to you and add one or more new programs.
